We realize that last year’s TIP questionnaire was a little confusing. So this year we are making it easy for you.
Simply click here to get your TIP:
It should have everything you need (except for farming information, which you can find below).
If you need extra pages for a section of the TIP, please check our TIP documents below. They are the various sections of the TIP “a la carte”, so you only download what you need!

We hope you find this easier and more convenient. Soon we hope to have a TIP you can fill out on your computer and just save and email to us. Until then, thank you for being patient, as we work together to help you however we can.
Note: If you are having trouble downloading any of these TIP Files, try right-clicking and selecting "Save as." Then click the little folder with the "up arrow" at the top of the window until it says you are saving to your "Desktop". Then just save and the TIP should be right there on your screen.
