2010 Tax Season Letter
Greetings Friend and Client! It’s Tax Season again?
Please use the updated Tax Information Package (TIP). The TIP will help you organize your tax information. There is valuable and helpful information in the TIP. The TIP will help you remember more deductions, hence, a larger refund for you! Finally, the use of the TIP will increase accuracy and reduce your chances of an IRS audit. Please, use the TIP!
How to get a TIP:
3. You can call us for one and we can mail or fax you a TIP.
This year have your tax return prepared with “no out-of-pocket expenses” by using a Chase Bank product. For details, see the GUIDELINES for 2010.
For a faster refund, don’t wait for Parakletos to come to your area to prepare your tax return. Prepare the TIP, then mail, fax or email your tax information immediately. You will be called to set up a webcam appointment. We prepared over 50 returns last year by webcam. If you can’t do a webcam, then we’ll call or email to ask you questions, to answer your questions, discuss strategies and give you the final results. We prepared over 450 returns last year this way.
Please, bring your 2008 tax return with your other valuable information! Saves you time & money!

CONSULTATION
Charlie charges $120 per hour for phone, email, written and face-to-face consultation (see PMS info below for exception). He only charges if you receive consultation worth much more than the fee charged. Don’t be surprised if you receive an invoice for consultation! February 4th - April 15th: Check the 2010 Tax Season Schedule. This schedule gives you Locations in chronological order by date, the Date and Day(s) we’re there, the Coordinators & their phone number, Tax Prep Places, Address, Phone and Fax Numbers of Tax Prep Places.
TAX RETURNS PREPARED: “NO OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES”
If you need your refund money quickly, then you may want a Refund Anticipation Loan (RAL). This option allows you to receive money in 24 hours AFTER IRS electronically accepts your return. All expenses (tax prep and bank fees) are paid by the refund loan. You have “no out-of-pocket expenses.”
Receive a check in 8 to 14 days AND “no out-of-pocket expenses.” The tax prep and bank fees are paid with the Chase Bonus Check.
